A single class pass for any Hotpod class at Hotpod Yoga Ruislip. Valid for 1 month from date of purchase. The pass cannot be used for Workshops, Sound Bath or Yoga Nidra.

Sleep Session 3 Class Pass
A Sleep Sessions 3 class pass valid for Sleep Sessions classes only at Hotpod Yoga Ruislip. This class pass will entitle the purchaser to 3 Sleep Sessions classes at Hotpod Yoga Ruislip. Booking in advance is essential. This pass cannot be used to book other class types, or be refunded and will expire 6 months after purchase. Unless otherwise noted, this pass is non-transferable. .Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance. Failure to attend a booked class, or cancellations made within 6 hours of the class, will result in the class being deducted from the account.

Sleep Session Intro Offer - 2 Sessions in 30 Days
Our Sleep Sessions Intro Offer is a 30 day pass to Hotpod Yoga Ruislip. Sleep Sessions are different to our other classes, with less heat and more focus on stillness. A perfect complement to more active classes or great on their own. Begins on the day of your first booking. This class pass will entitle the purchaser access to book 2 Sleep Sessions at Hotpod Yoga Ruislip, within a 30 day period, starting on the date of first booking. This class pass can only be purchased once per customer. Unless otherwise noted, this pass is non-transferable and cannot be used to book other class types. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance. Hotpod Yoga Ruislip reserves the right to block reservations for the remainder of a pass in instances of repeated no-shows or late cancellations.

The off-peak monthly membership gives you access to any off peak class at Hotpod Yoga Ruislip. This includes all weekday classes from 6am until 6.30pm plus classes after 8pm, as well as all afternoon classes (after 12pm) at weekends. Membership is an ongoing monthly membership and will be debited from your account each month on the same date as the pass is purchased. It can be cancelled at any time.

Fire and Ice Workshop
Experience the energising & healing properties of: - Hotpod Yoga - Wim Hof Breathing - Ice Bath exposure Put yourself in the expert hands of Certified Instructor for our unique ‘Fire & Ice' Experience. The session begins with an introduction and theory behind the Wim Hof Methods followed by a breathing session led by qualified Wim Hof Instructor Ruth Geyer. The 2nd part of the workshop includes a Hotpod Yoga Flow class with Karly, suitable for all ability levels. After a quick shower and refreshment break the 3rd part of the workshop will prepare you for the experience of Cold Exposure. Finally, and entirely optional you will take the plunge into the ice bath! Exposing yourself to the cold can unlock a multitude of benefits: - more energy - better sleep - less reactive to stress - lower inflammation in your body - training the cardiovascular system - increased lung capacity This workshop is suitable for all, but it does require a basic level of health. The workshop is unsuitable for those who are pregnant, have Epilepsy, suffer from serious cardiovascular illness, heart issues/surgery, medicated high blood pressure, Kidney failure, Angina Pectoris, Raynaud’s Syndrome Type 1 (type 2 is fine to attend and it's even a great method to help you improve this condition), Migraines, recent surgery, Panic Disorder, cold Urtcaria, or severe Asthma. Any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before booking onto this workshop. When: Sunday 4th February 2024 Time: 1pm – 5:00pm (please allow a little run over time) Price: £69 (includes instruction to all sessions & refreshments) Use this pass to book your space on the workshop. Spaces are limited so please ensure you book asap to avoid disappointment. No refunds on this pass once purchased and it is not transferrable to another date or person.
