Our Nottingham city studio is located at 2 Stanford Street (off Castle Gate) just a 10 minute walk from the station or 3 minutes from Market Square. Parking on the street is for residents only, but there are many NCP car parks within a 10 minute walk.

Our Lynnwood studio is located at The Aviary – 60 Glenwood road in Lynnwood Glen, located between the popular Atterbury road and Lynnwood road. Don’t sweat, there’s plenty of secure parking.
Reading
The studio itself is conveniently located in Chatham Place, next to the Q-Park multi-story car parking, just a few minutes walk from the town centre. The studio space itself is bright and airy, having undergone an extensive refurbishment.

Our studio is located at the Ruislip Manor crossroads next to the Anytime Fitness gym.
We’re over the moon to be able to reopen our studio, and we’re doing everything we can to protect our customers and teachers. Here’s a few of the changes that you can expect:
• We’ll be limiting the numbers of customers per class
• At the moment, the showers are closed.
• Please arrive dressed for class and ready to go!
• Our staff will be wearing masks in the studio, except while teaching. Please also wear a mask in the communal spaces outside the pod.
• We won’t be providing blocks or straps (but you’re welcome to bring your own).
• We’ll be practicing with the pod doors open for extra ventilation.
• The pod will be deep cleaned and aired out between each class.
• We request that you bring your own mat to class (there will be a small number for hire should you need one from us).
• Towels will be required in all classes (you can bring your own, or hire one from us).
Please help us by not coming to class if you’re not feeling well or showing any symptoms of coronavirus.
Try and arrive 15 minutes before the class starts so that we have time to get you set up. For security reasons, we can’t let anyone in if late, so expect a locked door once the class starts. We have a 12 hour cancellation policy on all classes, cancellations within that timeframe will not be refunded.

Sheffield
You can find us right in the heart of the city centre on Furnival Square Roundabout. There is on street parking on Union Street or paid parking in the Cheese Grater or Matilda Street Car Parks.
Solihull
Our Solihull studio is located on the top floor of The Exchange building which is directly opposite the carpark entrance to Asda, Parkgate. This is also where you need to park which is free for 3 hours. There are stairs leading up to the main road where you can cross over at the pedestrian crossing.
Southampton
Our studio is located at: 47, 1st Floor Marlands Shopping Centre, SO14 7SJ. We are only 5 mins walk from Southampton train station and 2 mins from West Quay. Nearest parking available is Marlands/Asda, 17 Pirelli St: this is located around a 5-minute walk away from our studio or Civic Centre Forecourt Car Park or NCP Car Park Southampton Portland Terrace carpark as alternatives.
