The Intro Offer is a two week unlimited pass to our Hotpod Yoga Sheffield studio . Only available to purchase once. It allows a quick but in-depth insight in to what Hotpod Yoga has to offer, and to really feel the physical and mental benefits in a short time. Begins on the day of your first booking.

A single class pass for any Hotpod class at Hotpod Yoga Sheffield. Valid for 1 month from date of purchase

A 5 class pass valid for any class at Hotpod Yoga Sheffield.

A 10 class pass valid for any class at Hotpod Yoga Sheffield.

A workshop class pass valid for one Gong Bath Hotpod Yoga Sheffield 60 Minutes of Sound Immersion to immerse yourself in wonderful sound whilst you get comfy with your blankets and pillows! This pass is not transferable and cannot be carried forward to another Gong event. If you purchase this pass and can no longer make the event please cancel at least 12 hours before the event in order to receive a refund.

Put yourself in the expert hands of our Certified Instructors for our unique ‘Heat and Ice’ Wellness Experience. The session begins with a Hotpod Yoga class, suitable for all ability levels, followed by a Breathing Session led by two qualified Wim Hof Instructors. After a break to refresh and reflect, you will focus on Mindset and how to form new healthy habits. Before we finish, you will have the chance to put your mindset to the test and experience Cold Exposure – whether this be just immersion of your hands in ice water, taking your first cold shower OR even your first ice bath! (Of course, the last part is entirely optional!). Who is this workshop for? This workshop is suitable for all, but it does require a basic level of health. As a precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before booking onto this Wellness Experience. When: Saturday 17th September 2022 Time: 13:30pm – 5:00pm (please allow a little run over time if taking the ice) Price: £59 (includes instruction to all sessions & tea, coffee and light refreshments) Use this pass to book your space on the workshop. Spaces are limited so please ensure you book asap to avoid disappointment.

Allows one studio class at Hotpod Yoga Sheffield per week. Week runs from Monday - Sunday, and unused credits do not carry over to the following week. This is an ongoing monthly membership, and will be debited from your account each month on the same date as the pass is purchased. It can be cancelled at any time.
