Like many athletes, Colly found yoga whilst managing a couple of football and running related injuries which he suffered back in his 20’s. After falling in love with the sweaty, purple-hued practice, he completed his teacher training with Hotpod Yoga 5 years ago and has been teaching mainly in our South London studios ever since.

Once he started teaching, he combined his passion for sports and athletics with his love of yoga, training specifically in how to bring the practice to other athletes. He also trained as a breathwork instructor with athletic performance in mind, as well as leading his own yoga for runners classes. You may have even joined him for a Yoga for Runners workshop over the last few years.

Colly’s energising classes involve mindful movements, shine a light on anatomy and build in momentum, leaving you energised and ready for what the rest of the day brings you.

You can find Colly on the Brixton timetable HERE. He’ll also be leading a retreat in Kent  from 21-23 July and offering 15% off for the HPY community. Expect a weekend of varied yoga practices, a 2-hour Qigong & Tai Chi workshop kayaking along the River Stour, wild swimming & lots of nourishing, plant-based food.
