She has completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Flow teacher training and is excited to step into the Pod as a teacher and a student. Outside of yoga Debbie is a keen runner and general sports enthusiast, therefore her style of teaching is focused on anatomical alignment and intelligent sequencing, to ensure the practice is accessible for all and complements other forms of exercise.

Lisa

Lisa leads a focused flow with little gems of anatomical wisdom squeezed in throughout and making her teachings accessible to all. Lisa believes that Yoga isn’t just about what we do on our mat’s it’s how we show up in our day to day.

She loves to travel, teaching yoga retreats around the world such as Spain, Bali & Ibiza. Sharnelle is also a massage therapist, and offers a great hands-on assist and massage in relaxation. Sharnelle has been teaching at Hotpod Yoga Nottingham, and now we are lucky enough to have her here in our Jersey pod.

Joe

His classes are fiery and challenging, with plenty of technical instruction and subtle cueing to help you grow in your practice by building strength, flexibility and resilience. In Joe’s classes, you’ll work hard, have fun and not take things too seriously – expect the occasional bad joke and plenty of hands-on adjustments. Joe also has a passion for providing yoga in a therapeutic way, to alleviate symptoms of stress and anxiety, and to help people experience more fun and joy in their lives. He travels a lot, and teaches on yoga retreats in Bali, Ibiza and Spain.

Sofia

Sofia discovered yoga in her late 20’s and from the moment she attended her first class, she realised this was something special. She started attending various classes to learn more about the different styles of yoga, the various benefits and the meditative side of the practise. In 2016, Sofia found herself working busy days and long hours in London and used her local yoga studio as an escape from the busy lifestyle she was living. She took the plunge and enrolled in their 200hr Power Vinyasa Flow teacher training and absolutely loved both the intense practical and the abundance of new knowledge, she felt she had to share her discovery. Sofias practice helps create awareness and guidance to living in a healthier space, both in the body and in the mind.

Megan is co-owner and lead teacher at Hotpod Yoga Jersey. Megan qualified as a yoga teacher in 2015 in both Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga and got straight into teaching when she returned to Jersey, taking short breaks to teach in India and in Mexico at resorts and on retreats before finding Hotpod Yoga and training with them too! Megan’s classes are flowful, lighthearted and encourage you to move in a way that feels good, for you, each day – everyday is different!

Rebecca

As a keen runner herself, Rebecca’s teaching focus is yoga for athletes and a sporty body, and also teaches SUP Yoga. Rebeccas classes are light hearted in nature with a fun approach to flow
