Update: a huge and heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended our class on 13th April. We raised over £100,000 for the NHS! You can still follow along with the class on our YouTube channel here.

We’re so excited to announce that we will be hosting what we hope will be the world’s largest yoga class, with all proceeds going to the NHS. Our goal is to get at least 125,000 people attending (a figure representing just one tenth of the total NHS workforce) with each person donating at least £1 to raise £125,000.

We hope that this class will allow people to tune in and connect with thousands of others to reflect, take a moment away from the challenges that they are facing and acknowledge the work being done across the country by the NHS.

The class will be held on Easter Monday, 13 April at 10am BST, and will be taught by our co-founder and lead teacher Nick Higgins. It’ll be a 45 minute Hotpod Flow, designed for all levels, including complete beginners. You can choose whether to join via Instagram or YouTube, with a suggested minimum donation of £1 per person.

To RSVP for the class and make your donation, head to the Hotpod Yoga Universe event page here.

Note: donations are made via our Virgin Money Giving page – you’ll find the link in your confirmation email from Universe.
