We have a 6 hour cancellation policy on all classes, cancellations within that timeframe will not be refunded.
If you’re arriving by car there is free parking on the club grounds or if coming by metro, we are a short 5/10 mins walk.

Our Lynnwood studio is located at The Aviary – 60 Glenwood road in Lynnwood Glen, located between the popular Atterbury road and Lynnwood road. Don’t sweat, there’s plenty of secure parking.
The studio itself is conveniently located in Chatham Place, next to the Q-Park multi-story car parking, just a few minutes walk from the town centre. The studio space itself is bright and airy, having undergone an extensive refurbishment.
Our Solihull studio is located on the top floor of The Exchange building which is directly opposite the carpark entrance to Asda, Parkgate. This is also where you need to park which is free for 3 hours. There are stairs leading up to the main road where you can cross over at the pedestrian crossing.
Our studio is located within Everyone Active at Silksworth Community Pool and Wellness Centre. Follow the signs to find us on the first floor, located above the indoor tennis courts.

We’re about 5 minutes drive from Taunton Town Centre. The studio offers changing rooms, showers, hairdryers and toilets for all use. The nearest car park is Victoria Gate Car Park, which is approximately a 4-minute walk away. It’s advisable to plan ahead and leave plenty of time to find parking and make your way to the studio.
We’re on Time Square – park in the Multi-Storey and walk across towards the Cinema and Market. Turn left immediately after the market and we are 100m on the right hand side. Press the buzzer for entry!
Our West Bridgford studio is located within Roko Health Club at 442 Wilford Lane. Nearest tram is Wilford Lane, ample free parking available at the Roko facility: please just avoid the first section on the left as you drive in (unless you are in a high-sided van), if in any doubt there are signs up on the lamp posts, please be aware that fines are in operation.
Our studio is located at: first floor, 5 Earsdon Road, Monkseaton, Whitley Bay, NE25 9SX.
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts to allow sufficient time to set up in the pod and chat to the teacher. For safety, security and experience we lock the doors when the class starts so latecomers will not be admitted.
We have a 6 cancellation policy and a black out period of 01:00-05:00.
If you’re arriving by car, there is a large outdoor carpark around the corner on Cauldwell Ave (avoid using the Co-Op carpark next to the studio as it’s for patrons only and patrolled). West Monkseaton metro station is a very short walk from the studio.
