I understand that Hotpod Yoga's videos may be physically strenuous and that the teachers have no way of guiding or correcting postures - so there is a risk of personal injury. I confirm that I am in good health and not suffering from any medical conditions which might prevent me from safely following the Hotpod Yoga online videos. I take full responsibility for my own actions during the videos and understand that Hotpod Yoga will have no responsibility or liability for anything that happens to me during the classes. nnFor those using the videos with their children:nnIf I use the Hotpod Yoga videos with my child, I will explain the videos to them. I confirm that my child is in good health and not suffering from any medical conditions which might prevent them from safely following the Hotpod Yoga online videos.
