Our Returns Policy

  • Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date
  • All items must be unused, unwashed and / or unworn and in a resellable condition with the original tags and packaging
  • Proof of payment must be provided
  • All items are subject to inspection
  • For hygiene reasons, water bottles cannot be returned
  • Gift vouchers cannot be returned

Return FAQs

How do I return or exchange an online purchase? 

You have the right to cancel your order, return and receive a refund up to 14 days from the delivery date. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

If you purchased something online via and you wish to return or exchange it, please contact [email protected] with your reason for returning, proof of payment and photos of any problems if needed. We will then get back to you with the next steps and details of how to return your item to us. 

We do not offer free returns. When returning an item(s) we would recommend sending them using a recorded / signed for service. Make sure you collect a receipt and tracking number when you send the items as they will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing or that are damaged during transit. 

Returns for purchases made on our online store cannot be accepted in any Hotpod Yoga studio.

How do I return an item purchased in a studio? 

If you purchased an item at one of our central London locations (Belgravia, Brixton, Dulwich, Hackney, Notting Hill or South Wimbledon) you can follow the returns process above. 

If you purchased an item from any other studio, the item must be returned to that location. Please contact them directly – you can find their contact details here –

When will I get my refund after I have returned my order? 

Once we receive your return it will take 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri) to process. Your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please bear in mind that it can take 3-10 business days for funds to appear on your statement, depending on your banking institution. 

Can I return a faulty item? 

If you have received a faulty or damaged item please contact us as soon as possible to [email protected] with your order number, description of the problem and photos of the issue. We will then get back to you with a solution or process a replacement order straight away. We may ask for damaged or faulty items to be returned to us. 

Where an item is faulty and it is more than 6 months since delivery we do not offer replacements or repairs free of charge but will endeavour to help you find a fix. 

Can I return a purchase in another country?

If you purchased something online but live outside of the UK, please follow the above returns process. 

If you purchased something from a franchise outside of the UK you should contact that studio.

Do you offer gift receipts? 

We do not currently offer gift receipts for online or in studio purchases. 

Can I return a gift voucher?

Gift vouchers purchases are final, they cannot be returned.
