Yoga Teacher Training

Bursary Programme

We offer four spots per year (one per course) to applicants who could not otherwise afford the course and are committed to using their yoga teacher training experience for social good. Historically, these placements have been offered privately through charity partnerships.

As part of our commitment to anti-racism and diversity at Hotpod Yoga, we’ve expanded our bursary programme to the general public and have committed to offering half of our bursary placements to ethnic minority applicants.

Apply for a bursary

We will be awarding a bursary funded place on each of our 200hr training courses. After submitting your application, you may be invited for a short interview with our teaching team. The successful candidate will be selected and notified two months before the beginning of each course, so please keep this in mind when applying.

PLEASE NOTE: once you hit submit your application has been received (you do not need to resubmit). We will email you confirming receipt within 24h.

For any questions, email us at [email protected].

In less than 500 words, please explain why you believe you're a good candidate for this bursary. Please give us some clarity on your personal financial position (to confirm you'd not otherwise be in a position to pay for the course yourself) and also a summary of how you would plan to use your qualification as a yoga teacher to make a positive impact. As we're encouraging minority ethnic applicants and committing to making half of our bursary places available to those from a minority ethnic background, please feel free to state your ethnicity.
