Make Blue Monday a better Monday by joining us for a live online yoga class hosted by Shirley Ballas and our Co-Founder Nick. It’s donation-based so pay what you can and take part from the comfort of your own home. Every penny raised will go to our friends at CALM, who provide life-saving services, information and advice to help anyone struggling with life navigate the issues that can make us feel miserable.

How we fix Mondays.
We’re untimidating. The dim lighting is perfect for hiding a wobbly tree pose.
You’ll work your body. It’s amazing how quickly a creaky knee or tight hamstring can melt away in the pod.
You’ll calm your mind. Worries? Let them run away. Cares? Melt them.
The heat helps. It might be only a few degrees and raining outside, but it’s a toasty 37 degrees and welcoming in the pod.

Creating a routine can help you stick to a new habit. Pick a day that suits you and stick to it (it doesn’t have to be Monday).
Come to a morning class. 9am you will thank 8am you.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve never done yoga before… Or you think you don’t have the right kit. There’ll always be a reason to put off coming. Just start and you’ll feel the benefits.
