HPY Waiver

I understand that Hotpod Yoga classes may be physically strenuous and that there is a risk of personal injury. I confirm that I am not suffering from any medical conditions which might prevent me from safely participating in the classes. I take full responsibility for my actions during the classes and understand that Hotpod Yoga will have no responsibility or liability to me for anything that happens during the classes. I confirm that I am over 16 years of age. I confirm that I will never come to a studio class with any symptoms of Covid-19, nor after having knowingly come into contact with anyone with Covid-19, and that I will follow any measures taken by the studio to stop the spread of Covid-19. If you have any doubts about participating in our classes, you should not participate. n
