HPY Waiver

I understand that Hotpod Yoga classes may be physically strenuous and that there is a risk of personal injury. I confirm that I am not suffering from any medical conditions which might prevent me from safely participating in the classes. I take full responsibility for my actions during the classes and understand that Hotpod Yoga will have no responsibility or liability to me for anything that happens during the classes. I confirm that I am over 16 years of age. If you have any doubts about participating in our classes, you should not participate.
