HPY Waiver

I confirm that I am over the age of 18 or if I am under the age of 18, that I have the consent of legal guardian to agree to this waiver. nnI understand that the Hotpod Yoga classes may be physically strenuous and there is risk of personal injury or death. I also understand that Hotpod Yoga takes no responsibility for my belongings stored whilst I participate in the class. nnTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Hotpod Yoga will not be liable in contract, delict, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise for any loss, damage, costs or expenses of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by me, except in the case of death or personal injury caused by Hotpod Yogau2019s negligence or fraud. nnI understand that this limits my legal rights and my ability to make a claim against Hotpod Yoga.nnDespite being fully aware of the potential risk to me or my property and knowing that I will have no claim against Hotpod Yoga for any losses, I voluntarily participate in these classes and do so entirely at my own risk.
