A 2 hour workshop with Charlie Wade from Athletic Generations and Sarah from Hotpod Yoga … the first hour is spent with sports physio Charlie. She will explore what running is: the muscle groups used and therefore how technique impacts upon upper body, torso, hips and knees. Then we step into the pod, for an hour of hotpod flow with Sarah and Charlie: linking yoga into balance, stability and recovery for runners.

I’ve never done hot yoga before. Will I be ok?
Absolutely! All classes are suitable for beginners. Take the class at your own pace and remember you can take a restorative pose whenever you need.
