Relax and restore equilibrium as you bring a sense of balance and harmony back to the body. During this 90 minute practise expect to gently move the body in preparation for a guided meditation and the sound immersion. Fiona will be playing quartz crystal singing bowls, which are tuned to the notes aligned with our 7 main chakras. The bowls are also tuned to the 432hz frequency (said to be the sound of the Earth) so it is very calming and grounding and evokes a sense of being at one, at peace. [Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in, the pod will be pleasantly ambient and the practise will be suitable for beginners; this is not a hot yoga practise, you might like to bring socks and a blanket]
37 degrees – hot enough to have a good sweat, but not so hot that it will leave you feeling faint.
I’ve never done hot yoga before. Will I be ok?
Absolutely! All classes are suitable for beginners. Take the class at your own pace and remember you can take a restorative pose whenever you need.
Are the studios safe and hygienic?
