Katie is one of the co-founders of Hotpod Yoga Worthing. She has been practising hot yoga for 10 years, and teaching Bikram and hot yoga for the last 4 years.
Katie says: "Yoga has changed, and continues to change my life in so many ways. I am one of those bodies and minds "forged of steel", and so I have found through my practise I have gained flexibility throughout my body and my mind. For me, I believe the mental benefits really outweigh the physical, especially since becoming a mum and now pregnant again. Yoga is MY TIME and that is so important. I love yoga and truly believe the more people who begin to practise, the better place the world will be, for all of us. I continue to learn every day from both my own practise and my teaching and am honoured and humbled to be able to share this beautiful therapy with so many people."
For Emily, it’s about making yoga totally accessible, simple and enjoyable, demystifying the practice as a way to help you tune in to your body, coming back to a simpe sense of gratitude and joy for all that we are, and are capable of.
Having lived and worked in London for years, running from one project to the next, Emily, like so many of us was wondering what it was all about feeling more & more disconnected in many ways, until she trained as yoga teacher in 2016. “My yoga practice was the one thing I kept coming back to, it was the only thing which helped to ground me, slow me down, and really pay attention to what was going on inside”. It’s an honour and a gift to now help students to take the time to tune in to their bodies, knowing it will always lead to a better state of physical & mental wellbeing
Linzi has been a yoga practioner for 26 years and teaching for 14 years. After many years of practicing Ashtanga yoga and also running excessively, her real insight into the benefits of yoga started to reveal themselves. Yoga is an internal journey of self discovery. When the mind is calm; the nervous system is calm, and if results are all you're after on a superficial level then you will get this and more under Linzi's guidance. What keeps her tuition engaging is her ability to coax your monkey chatter into submission and allow you your full potential. Also a body worker since 1997, her knowledge of anatomy and physiology is extensive. With experience of injuries and rehabilitation her tuition will ensure you're in ultra safe hands.

Pennie loves allowing broad spectrums of people to experience the powerful benefits of yoga for themselves.
Whatever age, ability, experience, body type etc you are, each class is adapted to suit, support and challenge you and participants therein.
Pennie teaches a rhythmically paced, generously spaced, strong and embodied flow. She uses her years of practice and multi-angled training to create a unique balance of accessible, dynamic and alignment based vinyasa, which is creative, juicy and fluid in essence.
Her classes will encourage you to work with your edges in a light, playful and open way. Pennie’s aim as a teacher is that you leave feeling fully revitalised, with both body happily worked and mind balanced and rested.
Sarah began practicing yoga during her Psychology degree and immediately noticed the positive effects that this had on her body and mind. Her emerging passion for yoga inspired her to share the practice with others, and she completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training earlier this year, specialising in Mindful Flow. Sarah has an inclusive and accessible attitude to teaching and strongly believes in the philosophy that yoga can be for everyone. Her classes focus on moving the body with an awareness of the breath, to create flowing movements that energise the body and calm the mind.
