About Pippa
Pippa fell in love with Hotpod whilst living in Nottingham, so when she moved to Cambridge in 2016 she just had to bring the experience to her new city.
Pippa enjoys teaching both gentle flow styles and a more dynamic class, always with a focus on ensuring yoga is safe and enjoyable, whilst giving students confidence to take things a little deeper and have fun with their practice. She believes everyone can do yoga; whatever age, gender, fitness level or body shape, and would love everybody to have a little yoga in their lives. Or even a lot!

Coming from a fitness background, Karen loves to teach yoga that is enjoyable, energising and motivational too. Karen likes to challenge the common perception of yoga as only being about relaxation and blissing out! Expertly guiding classes suitable for all levels and offering modifications to make the postures work for you!

Jess came to Hotpod Yoga in 2021 and fell in love with the heat and diverse range of classes. With a background in holistic therapy, Jess has a passion for massage therapy and reiki, and found yoga enhanced both these practices. Her approach to yoga remains ever focused on the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and release. Jess’ classes focus on inner calm and expanding physical and mental energy. You can expect to move, sweat, and breathe. When she’s not teaching in the pod, you’ll find her walking her dog in nature, swimming or relaxing with a book.

Floss is a yoga and yoga philosophy teacher with a passion for helping people connect more deeply to their bodies, breath, and inner wisdom. Her classes blend grounded flow, mindful awareness, and thoughtful anatomical guidance to create space for both strength and stillness.

With a Master’s in the Philosophy of Religion from the University of Cambridge and nearly seven years’ teaching experience, Floss brings a unique depth to her classes—inviting students to experience yoga not only as movement, but as a practice of presence and inner enquiry.

Expect an energising yet mindful flow that leaves you feeling grounded, open, and recharged—body and mind refreshed from the inside out. Floss also runs popular workshops exploring yoga inversions, bandhas (energetic locks), and embodied anatomy—perfect for those looking to deepen their practice and discover new layers of strength and awareness.

Claire first stepped into the pod in 2017 and has attended hundreds of classes as a student before finally giving in to the pull of training as a teacher. Passionate about helping others to fall in love with the practice too, her classes are welcoming, encouraging and will empower you to challenge yourself in body and mind.

About Julia
Julia found yoga while searching for calm in the middle of a busy life. The mat became a place where everything else could pause, allowing her to reconnect with herself through movement and breath.
Alongside teaching yoga, Julia is also a swimming teacher, and her passion for helping people build strength and confidence through movement shines through in every class.
Expect creative, flowing sequences that move breath by breath, inviting you to build strength, find stillness and reconnect with yourself—one flow at a time.

About Sarah
Sarah began practising yoga to supplement her existing hobby of running, but quickly realised that the mental and spiritual benefits were just as impactful to her wellbeing. She loves the relaxing feeling of being in the heat and the calming effect of the Hotpod environment, allowing a depth of focus and flow state. As she wholeheartedly believes in the restorative value of movement, she is eager to help others explore the benefits that yoga can bring.

Amelie’s teaching style
Balanced, mindful, creative.

About Amelie
With a background in Human Biology and a deep passion for yoga, Amelie takes a holistic approach to wellbeing. Her classes are sequenced to create balance from root to crown, inspired by the same sense of restoration she experiences in her own Hotpod practice. She loves the pod’s immersive environment for the way it encourages presence, with the warmth both nurturing the body and allowing a deeper exploration of movement. Amelie wants to share this experience with others, creating a space where students can unwind and reconnect with themselves.

Olivia's teaching style:
Fluid, connected, expressive

About Olivia
Olivia trained as a professional dancer, and when not teaching yoga, dances professionally as a hip hop dance artist. She found yoga supported her dance training; helping to build strength and prevent injury. She loves the way Hotpod helps her tune into her body and zone out the outside noise. Olivia's classes are a space to move, breathe and feel present, meeting your body exactly where it is that day.

Justyna’s teaching style:
Intentional, progressive, empowering

About Justyna
Justyna first discovered yoga at Hotpod during a stressful time in her life, and quickly found the practice gave her the sense of peace, freedom and connection she had been missing. What began with asana soon grew into a deeper love of yoga philosophy and a desire to bring its teachings into everyday life. She believes yoga is a way to connect with yourself while appreciating the present moment, and brings this into her classes through mindful, progressive movement that challenges both body and mind.

About Anna
Anna first discovered how yoga helped manage academic stress at University. She quickly fell in love with the practice and experienced first-hand how transformative it could be. This inspired her to complete her teacher training, with a passion for creating a space where others can reset, unwind and move.
She fell in love with the warmth and unique experience of practising at Hotpod, which took her own yoga practice to the next level. She believes yoga is for every body, every feeling and every age, and brings this into her teaching through inclusive, energising classes where everyone feels welcome, supported and encouraged to grow.
