Nurturing Flow
Nurturing Flow is a slower, deeply restorative class designed to help you stretch out, switch off and properly unwind. For stiff bodies. Busy heads. Bad sleepers. And anyone who needs an hour away from the noise. With longer holds and deeper stretches, this floor-based flow creates space in both body and mind. Inside the pod, soothing music and 37° heat help muscles soften, busy minds slow down and tension melt away.
Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

With more time to slow down and explore key postures, you'll develop strength, balance and control while building a solid foundation for your practice. Hotpod Flow
Hotpod Flow is our signature class. A powerful, feel-good flow that builds strength, eases tension and helps you properly switch off. Inside the pod, soothing heat, dim lighting, immersive sound and calming scents help muscles release and busy minds slow down. With no mirrors in sight, it’s easier to tune out the outside world and tune into how your body feels. You’ll move with your breath through a flowing sequence designed to leave you stronger, steadier and more grounded by the end of class.
Suitable for every level, from first-timers to regulars.

Dynamic Flow
Dynamic Flow is a strong, energising practice that builds strength, balance and confidence. Expect creative sequences, powerful movement and plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself. Inside the pod, soothing heat helps muscles release and move more freely, helping you go deeper into each posture. Moving with your breath, you'll flow through a dynamic sequence that combines strength, balance and playfulness.
Best suited to those with some yoga experience.

Rest & Restore
Our Rest and Restore sessions are all about hitting ‘pause’. Gentle movement, grounding breathwork and extended meditation come together to help the body release tension and the mind properly settle. Set inside the calming atmosphere of the pod, this lower-heat class uses soft lighting and carefully curated music to help you fully switch off for a while. No rushing. No pushing. Just space to breathe, soften and reset.
For tired bodies. Full minds. And anyone craving a little stillness.
