Our £15 Off Peak - Trio Pack offer gives you three passes to use across 14 days at Hotpod Yoga Derby on our off-peak, weekday classes. These include weekday mornings and lunchtime classes. Limit of one per customer. Begins on the day of your first booking.

A Sleep Sessions 3 class pass valid for Sleep Sessions classes only at Hotpod Yoga Derby. This class pass will entitle the purchaser to 3 Sleep Sessions classes at Hotpod Yoga Derby. Booking in advance is essential. This pass cannot be used to book other class types, or be refunded and will expire 6 months after purchase. Unless otherwise noted, this pass is non-transferable. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance. Failure to attend a booked class, or cancellations made within 6 hours of the class, will result in the class being deducted from the account.

Our Sleep Sessions Intro Offer is a 30 day pass to Hotpod Yoga Derby. Sleep Sessions are different to our other classes, with less heat and more focus on stillness. A perfect complement to more active classes or great on their own. Begins on the day of your first booking. This class pass will entitle the purchaser access to book 2 Sleep Sessions at Hotpod Yoga Derby, within a 30 day period, starting on the date of first booking. This class pass can only be purchased once per customer. Unless otherwise noted, this pass is non-transferable and cannot be used to book other class types. Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance. Hotpod Yoga reserves the right to block reservations for the remainder of a pass in instances of repeated no-shows or late cancellations.

This membership enables full time students to have one class per week at Hotpod Yoga Derby. Once the pass has been purchased you will be contacted to send a copy of your photographic student ID. If this is not received within 24 hours, the membership will be cancelled. The week runs from Monday - Sunday and unused credits cannot be rolled over. This is an ongoing monthly membership. Payments are debited from your account each month on the same date as the pass was purchased. You can put on hold at any time or cancel with two weeks' notice. Bookings must be made in advance and classes must be cancelled within our six hour cancellation period or you will lose your weekly class.

Payments are debited from your account each month on the same date as the membership was purchased. A rolling monthly membership that gives unlimited access to ‘off-peak’ classes at Hotpod Yoga Derby. Off-peak classes include all weekday classes from 6:30am until 2:30pm, plus Dynamic Flow classes on Tuesdays at 5:30pm and Thursdays at 7pm. At weekends it includes 8am and 11am classes on Saturdays and the 8:30am class on Sundays. This is an ongoing monthly membership. Payments are debited from your account each month on the same date as the membership was purchased. No long contracts, we just need two weeks' notice to cancel or you can put on hold any time. A 75 minute class to introduce newcomers to Hotpod Yoga. A slowed-down version of the regular Hotpod Flow class, the instructor will provide more demonstration, more detailed explanation and will work through the full series of postures for maximum comprehension and comfort. An ideal way to step into the pod for the first time - it'll leave you perfectly prepared for the future!

A fully relaxing and restorative experience in the warm pod. Be guided through a wonderfully deep, slow and nurturing sequence of postures to open up the body, building up a real sense of calm. You will be sure to float out of this class. Don't forget to book your spot into the workshop once you've purchased the pass.

Join us for our unique ‘Ice and Fire’ Wellness Experience. The session begins with a Hotpod Yoga class, suitable for all ability levels, followed by breathing exercises which incorporate some of the Wim Hof style to prepare the body and mind before entering the cold plunge tub. This workshop is suitable for all, but it does require a basic level of health. As a precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before booking onto this Wellness Experience. Saturday 26th October 2024 Time: 2pm – 5pm £45 pass includes instruction to all sessions, hot drinks and light refreshments. Use this pass to book your space on the workshop. Spaces are limited so please ensure you book asap to avoid disappointment. No refunds on this pass once purchased and it is not transferrable to another date or person. Minimum numbers required to run this workshop.

This is a 90 minute workshop for the soul! A 45 minute relaxing flow followed by a 45 minute sound immersion using quartz crystal singing bowls. The healing effects of singing bowls are widely recommended. The vibrations created by the bowls benefits the body in so many ways. Trust us, you'll be floating out the door. Bring blankets and pillows and anything else to give you maximum comfort!
