the founders
Sam & Andy Radford
Sam and Andy discovered Hotpod Yoga whilst briefly living in Norwich and immediately fell in love with the pod. Having enjoyed yoga for several years, Sam decided to take one step further and completed her teacher training in March 2024. As a former community pharmacist, Sam combines this background with yoga to integrate physical well-being with mental and emotional balance. Her classes emphasize mindful movement, stress reduction and overall health. As a helicopter pilot, Andy relishes the balance between the high-stress environment of piloting and the calming, centred world of yoga. Both from Devon originally, Sam and Andy decided to return to their roots and bring Hotpod Yoga with them, opening their own studio in the beautiful city of Exeter.
