Lucy has been practicing Yoga for 16 years and been teaching for the last 5 years in Chile, Spain and now in London. Her classes are strong, slow and meditative, with the intention to enable the individual to really lose themselves in the flow and become fully present, as well as gaining flexibility and strength of the mind and body. She has experience teaching private; group classes; children; yoga for surfing; and yoga for the recovery from trauma and eating disorders. From this she has developed skills to deliver and create classes that work for a wide range of abilities, looking for that sweet spot, that varies for each individual. Feeling welcome and in a truly nurturing environment open to all is what hooked Lucy to yoga, and this is what she intends on passing on in her classes.

Mandy's journey into yoga began in 2010 in Asia. She was first attracted by the physical aspect of yoga. Continuing her practice, she quickly discovered its joy and benefits both on her body and on her mind using mindful movement, breath and awareness. Her classes are dynamic with a strong emphasis on the breath and alignment. She encourages people to connect with their bodies leading them to liberate their minds.

About Orly
Orly began her Hotpod teaching journey in 2016. She has an MA in sociology, and she is currently training to become a psychotherapist. She weaves aspects of this learning into her teaching. Orly considers yoga to be a therapeutic process whereby students can play, connect, and get to know their most authentic selves.

About Sunita
Sunita’s classes are warm, welcoming and grounding, combining mindful movement, breath and moments of stillness. She loves Hotpod for the unique space it creates to switch off from the outside world and truly focus inwards. Expect a flowing, mindful class with space to move from a place of calm and a little yoga philosophy woven in.

About Tola
A chance encounter in 2016 lead Tola to yoga, mostly as an attempt to relieve the stress of her 9 to 5. It quickly became an anchor. Tola leads a dynamic, well-considered practice that prioritises the breath to tune into one's internal rhythm, build strength and flow fluidly, with control.

About Zachary
Zachary came to yoga looking for a way back into their body and out of their head and by 2023 became a Hatha and vinyasa teacher. Since studying more styles, Zachary's classes tend to blend a few different traditions, but always come back to that same expansive Hotpod feeling.

Working in TV and music nearly broke Emma. Yoga put her back together. She got hooked on Hotpod for the heat, the release, and the unpretentious energy.
