Hotpod Marlborough is a spacious, bright and happy space. With an industrial chic vibe and smooth but trendy beats our space welcomes all. We have changing rooms, showers, hair dryers and toilets available for use. Choose from our dynamic Hotpod all level flow classes, or a more relaxed, nurturing flow class, available 7 days per week at a variety of times.
You’ll find us on George Lane, in between Pet Practice and Travis Perkins and across the road from Marlborough St Mary’s Primary School in Duck’s Meadow.
We have 6 parking spaces right outside the studio. These are located opposite Crossfit Marlborough, so take Figgins Road toward Waitrose and turn immediately right into the Business Park. We are the second premises on the right. There is also 2 hour parking on George Lane and a vast car park backing onto Waitrose.

Jessy Martin
Growing up, Jessy always lived an active lifestyle. Having had a committed personal yoga and pilates practice for over ten years, Jessy leapt at an opportunity to deepen her understanding of yoga by undertaking her teacher training in 2024.
The joy that Jessy embodies when she practices reverberates through her classes. Her style is dynamic and incorporates strength and stretching as well as a deeper inward journey, connecting movement with breath with curious playfulness and acceptance.
Naomi Hurst
Naomi is a highly experienced yoga teacher with over 20 years of personal practice. She completed her initial training in India, Mysore, the home of Ashtanga yoga, so is no stranger to dynamic and hot yoga flows having trained with Praveen Somu.
She continues to further her understanding of the rich landscape of yoga by delving deeper into her own studies and is currently undertaking a rigorous three-year training program to become a Yoga Therapist, accredited by the British Council for Yoga Therapy. Naomi loves exploring the sensory aspects of yoga and offers Sound Journeys to have an immersive meditative experience.
Emma C
Emma’s background is in contemporary dance and circus. Cultivating wellness through movement is her life’s work and she has been teaching Ashtanga and Yin for 10 years. Emma has worked with Adidas, ASOS and BIMM Music Institute and has taught in studios across London.
Emma is also a Therapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, which is all about wellness from the nervous system up. Emma employs felt-sense practice in her yoga classes and workshops. She helps people connect with all that exists within them, cultivating resilience, joy and connection to self and others.
Beth Horton
Beth creates space for exploration, joy and empowerment. Join Beth on the mat to find a little joy in just being, living and breathing in your body.
Beth nurtures you throughout your practice enabling you to feel more ease in the way that you move and the way that your mind wanders.
India Bloomfield
India graduated from a 200hr teacher training in Costa Rica in April 2023. She is quickly building momentum with her teaching and is driven to share how yoga can give you the space for stillness and a reconnection to self, mind, body and community. She believes that ‘you are what you practice’ and that by prioritising connection to one’s inner world through regular yoga practice we can all retune our frequency to the effortless flow with life.
This embodiment practice shines through India’s careful and sensitive teaching style.
Natalie Shaw
Natalie is a yoga practitioner, water baby and nature enthusiast. After many years working underwater tuning into nothing but the breath, Natalie began to be more curious about finding this same sense of stillness above the water. She began to explore the transformative practices of yoga in a plethora of styles which gave her a deeper understanding of balance between yin and yang as well as the importance of play, expression and creativity. Finding moments of stillness and solitude are important to Natalie for her own personal progression as well as for creating a safe and inclusive space for anybody wanting to explore and deepen their yoga practice with her.
Astrid Harrisson
Astrid discovered Hotpod in 2017 after meeting Ana who runs Hotpod South Wales. Astrid was instantly hooked. The pod built her strength and resilience, her fitness and brought a new community into her life. In 2019 she lost her brother in a tragic accident and Hotpod gave her space to work through the trauma of loss both physically and emotionally.
Astrid is a dynamic force who has shown up for herself and her two young children by turning toward a path that enables her to help others. Astrid’s spirited nature shines through her teaching, which is mindful, creative, strong and empowering.
Emma Dainton-Steyn
Emma has been practising and teaching yoga for over ten years. She promotes body positivity, empowerment through movement, connection to self, embodiment and a strong sense of community as well as healthy internal awareness.
Emma’s daily yoga practice has supported her physical and emotional well-being whilst physically stretching, strengthening the body, mind and cultivating a deep connection to breath. Yoga has been a constant in Emma’s life and continues to grow with consistency, playfulness and curiosity.
Teaching is Emma’s passion and she is driven in sharing the tools of yoga to help others.
Violet Stopford
Violet is a 500 hour yoga instructor trained in Advanced Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin.
Whether it is a playful dynamic flow or a deep grounding nurturing flow, she offers variety and options for all. Her classes are heavily focused on connecting to breath, allowing a deeper dive into your practice. Violet believes yoga is for everyone and welcomes all levels onto the mat.
Kat Venus
Kat has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has 500 hour YT certification. Kat’s classes bring balance and contentment and her sensitive and spirited soul shines through each and every class she leads.
Kat’s enjoys the dance of a more dynamic and playful flow, witnessing how this can clear an overactive mind, but she also relishes finding balance through a deeper and more carefully curated sequence, allowing for deeper connection and exploration of breath, mind and body.
Catherine Hartley
Catherine is a yoga teacher, Intuitive Guide, and wellness enthusiast. She discovered yoga after the birth of her second child. Yoga became a grounding medicine for her, deepening her personal connection to her self by bringing stillness and peace to her inner world. The powerful impact this had on Catherine is the key driver for her wanting to share the transformative power of yoga with others.
With over seven years of teaching experience, Catherine brings a wealth of knowledge and a playful, supportive energy to her classes.
