Emilie Millie

After over 30 years in the circus industry as a performer and more than 200 shows around the world, Emily felt like discovering a new way of working with the body, far away from performance but still challenging. Yoga was a natural evolution. As she learned at the French National Circus School, she discovered that yoga also requires discipline, focus, commitment, and accuracy. But when the circus constantly pushes the boundaries, yoga helps you to accept who you are, where you are.
In the circus, success goes with risk and rewards. In yoga, success goes with satisfaction and serenity. The deep stillness from yoga has followed the risky movement of circus, both offering a beautiful balance to Emily who keeps teaching circus and yoga with the same love.

Maddy Sangster

With a 20 year yoga practise, Maddy believes in the immense benefits of yoga and loves sharing its transformative power with others. Trained as a yoga teacher in Bali, Maddy has also specialised in yoga for pregnancy.

Naomi Hurst

Naomi is a highly experienced yoga teacher with over 20 years of personal practice. She completed her initial training in India, Mysore, the home of Ashtanga yoga, so is no stranger to dynamic and hot yoga flows having trained with Praveen Somu.
She continues to further her understanding of the rich landscape of yoga by delving deeper into her own studies and is currently undertaking a rigorous and academic three-year training program to become a Yoga Therapist, accredited by the British Council for Yoga Therapy.
This course at The Minded Institute focuses on understanding the brain and major physiological systems, linking brain, behaviour, physiology, and pathology through the latest scientific research and ancient yoga practices.

Naomi loves exploring the sensory aspects of yoga and offers Sound Journeys to have an immersive meditative experience.
When Naomi is on the yoga mat she loves being in nature, exploring the world with her husband and 6 year old daughter or in her garden and kitchen.
Naomi also has arthritis so encourages modifications and adaptions to suit a range of bodies.

Naomi is dedicated to improving mental health and volunteers as a listening volunteer for the Samaritans. She hopes to help you find what you’re looking for in yoga, whether it’s relaxation, increased strength and flexibility, or a cardiovascular workout but above all, she wants to encourage you to show up for you as you are, embracing all facets of your being.

India Bloomfield

My name is India and I graduated from my 200hr YTT in Costa Rica in April 2023.
This was an experience that fully inspired and reminded me of the life I desire to create.

The world can feel like it’s spinning pretty quickly at times and so I love that yoga gives you the space for stillness and a reconnection to self, mind, body and community.

A quote I recently heard is ‘you are what you practice’ and I believe that when you prioritise connection to your inner world through a practice like yoga, you retune your frequency to the effortless flow with life- back to BE-ing.
From this embodiment we remember it’s our natural state to co-create an abundant and beautiful life.

Natalie Shaw

Natalie is a Yoga practitioner, water baby and nature enthusiast.
‘After many years working underwater and tuning into nothing but the breath, I wanted to find this same stillness above the water as below – Which bought me to the transformative practice of yoga Teaching and practicing in a variety of styles has given me a deeper understanding of balance between our yin and Yang energies and the importance of play, expression and creativity as well as finding moments of stillness and solitude I aim to create a safe and inclusive space for anyone wanting to explore the many attributes of yoga and am over the moon to be able to share this journey with you.’

Catherine Hartley

Hi there! I’m Catherine, and I am a yoga teacher, Intuitive Guide, and wellness enthusiast.

I discovered yoga not long after my second child was born and as someone that spent a lot of time with my head in the clouds and not in my body it became medicine for me to experience life in my body on the Earth rather than being lost in my mind.

Yoga has connected me to me, bought me stillness and peace and an understanding of myself that brings me back over and over to my mat and makes me passionate about sharing its transformative power with others.

With over six years of teaching experience, experience as an intuitive guide, energy healer and spiritual teacher I bring a wealth of knowledge and a playful, supportive energy to my classes. I believe that yoga is for everyone, and I strive to create a safe and inclusive space for my students to explore their practice where everyone and all of you are welcome in the space.
I am a busy mum of three wildings and I love to dance, sit under the moon and be by the sea. I love to learn and I am constantly looking to develop my practice and skill set in order to be the very best version of myself.

I am passionate, playful, and deep and love nothing more than exploring spiritual truths and wisdom and having conversations under the stars.
I am grateful to have the opportunity to share my love of yoga and life with others, and I look forward to meeting you on the mat soon!
