Hotpod Yoga
Marlborough

about the studio
Hotpod Marlborough is a spacious, bright and happy space. With an industrial chic vibe and smooth but trendy beats our space welcomes all. We have changing rooms, showers, hair dryers and toilets available for use. Choose from our dynamic Hotpod all level flow classes, or a more relaxed, nurturing flow class, available 7 days per week at a variety of times.
You’ll find us on George Lane, in between Pet Practice and Travis Perkins and across the road from Marlborough St Mary’s Primary School in Duck’s Meadow.
We have 6 parking spaces right outside the studio. These are located opposite Crossfit Marlborough, so take Figgins Road toward Waitrose and turn immediately right into the Business Park. We are the second premises on the right. There is also 2 hour parking on George Lane and a vast car park backing onto Waitrose.

the founders
Emma Dainton-Steyn and Astrid Harrisson
Emma has been practising and teaching yoga for over ten years. Promoting body positivity, empowerment through movement, connection to self, embodiment and a strong sense of community as well as healthy internal awareness. A daily yoga practice has supported her physical and emotional well-being whilst physically strengthening the body and mind and cultivating a deep connection to breath. Yoga has been a constant in Emma's life and continues to grow with consistency, playfulness and curiosity. Teaching is Emma's passion and she is driven in sharing the tools of yoga to help others. Astrid discovered Hotpod in 2017 after complications postpartum led her to find Ana who runs Hotpod Yoga South Wales. She developed a passion for the pod through the way it gave her strength, built fitness as well as a community. In 2019 she lost her brother in a tragic accident and Hotpod enabled her to work through the trauma of the loss both physically and emotionally. Astrid is a dynamic force who has shown up for herself and her two young children by turning toward a path that enables her to help others. Astrid's spirited nature shines through her teaching, which is mindful, creative, strong and empowering.
