Put yourself in the expert hands of Certified Instructor for our unique ‘Fire & Ice' Experience. The session begins with an introduction and theory behind the Wim Hof Methods followed by a breathing session led by qualified Wim Hof Instructor Ruth Geyer. The 2nd part of the workshop includes a Hotpod Yoga Flow class with Karly, suitable for all ability levels.
After a quick shower and refreshment break the 3rd part of the workshop will prepare you for the experience of Cold Exposure. Finally, and entirely optional you will take the plunge into the ice bath!
Exposing yourself to the cold can unlock a multitude of benefits:

- less reactive to stress
- lower inflammation in your body
- training the cardiovascular system
- increased lung capacity
This workshop is suitable for all, but it does require a basic level of health.
The workshop is unsuitable for those who are pregnant, have Epilepsy, suffer from serious cardiovascular illness, heart issues/surgery, medicated high blood pressure, Kidney failure, Angina Pectoris, Raynaud’s Syndrome Type 1 (type 2 is fine to attend and it's even a great method to help you improve this condition), Migraines, recent surgery, Panic Disorder, cold Urtcaria, or severe Asthma. Any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before booking onto this workshop.
