Hannah E
Hannah was introduced to yoga by her contemporary teacher at performing arts college. After practicing on and off for around a year, she gravitated to it during lockdown in order to maintain her flexibility and to calm her mind. Hannah’s love for yoga kept on growing and 3 years later in 2023 she flew to Bali to do her Yoga Teacher Training. Teaching makes her soul shine. If you’re looking to find some calm amongst the chaos, Hannah’s classes are the perfect escape.
Mia
Mia started her yoga journey in a bid to find some calm in her busy life and instantly fell in love with the whole practice. Mesmerised by the philosophy of yoga as well as the physical aspects, she undertook her yoga teacher training with no real intention of actually teaching – more as a way to deepen her own practice. However it quite quickly became clear that this was her true passion and what she wanted to be doing daily.
Mia’s classes are mindful, inclusive and aim to strike a balance between strengthening your body and finding your inner calm.
Natasha
My name is Natasha Simmons, I am a registered Nutritionist and Sound Therapy practitioner. I specialise in stress resilience, gut and hormone health. Like many in the wellness world, we often have a story to tell that led us to the work we do….
My route was fuelled by my son’s ill health followed by my own period of burnout. Understanding nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and techniques to lower stress and build resilience I turned my son’s health around. I then focused on me. I used my work to rebalance and strengthen my body to the point where my own physical and mental health reached the best it had ever been.
Taylor
Taylor has attended the myriad of classes that London has to offer since childhood, but it wasn’t until she trained in 2019 that she found a deeper appreciation of yoga’s endless power to do good on the mind, body and soul. She has completed 450 hours YTT in Hatha and Kundalini in yoga’s historical home – Rishikesh, India. Taylor’s classes are comprised of fluid and meditative flows that will leave you feeling relaxed, empowered and nourished. When we turn our focus inwards, this is when wonderful things happen.
Alongside yoga, Taylor is a full time artist with a Master’s in Painting from Royal College of Art. She has travelled the world taking her art and yoga practices with her, and allowing one to inform the other along the way.
Weronika
Weronika is originally from Poland but calls London her home. She came to yoga as a result of a very hectic life around 7 years ago. Weronika tried a variety of different styles but really connected with the vinyasa style and decided to train as a yoga teacher. She completed her 200 hour vinyasa yoga training at Hotpod Yoga, she is also trained in yin and mandala vinyasa yoga. As an instructor she strives to help students feel comfortable in their practice, learn new postures and ensure their practice is safe and enjoyable. Her classes are dynamic, challenging and fun.
Dalma
Hannah R
Hannah is joyfully passionate about the nourishment that yoga in commune with others brings.
She engages with the spiritual and physical benefits of yoga practice on equal level, and brings a challenging, measured and accessible flow.
An avid yoga practitioner since 2008, professional dancer of eighteen years, and qualified yoga teacher since 2020 – Hannah adores sharing the illuminating and life evolving practice of yogic traditions, and dancing through the flows of the hotpod vinyasa series together.
Hannah guides and learns intuitively with the practitioners in class, to build heat through powerful and juicy flows, in order to enjoy the opening and relaxation available post the effort.
Expect some sweat, and some serious self gratitude!

Jade
I discovered yoga as a teenage athlete growing up in California, seeking an activity for recovery days. Fast-forward over a decade and I’ve found the benefits extend far beyond the physical realm, improving my mental health and shaping my way of being in the world. I began teaching to a local football club during the pandemic in 2020, before extending my classes to other types of athletes and non-athletes alike. After receiving my RYT 200 certification with Bohemia School of Yoga in 2021, I travelled to 13 different countries offering classes online and to yogis we met along the way.
My classes are informed by these global experiences as much as my background as an athlete. My aim is to make students feel amazing in their bodies whilst connecting with some of the teachings that have had such a positive impact in my life.
