Have you tried our intermediate level class? This pass allows the holder to book and attend a Dynamic Flow class at a special rate (over 40% off our single class pass rate). Due to the stronger pace of this class it is not suitable for those new to yoga. We recommend feeling confident in Hotpod Flow classes prior to Dynamic Flow as postures are cued less and some fun challenges might be thrown in, as always you can rest and recover as needed. Available once per person.

Take an intentional pause and recharge. This pass allows booking for 3 Rest & Restore classes in 30 days, valid in Whitley Bay studio only, Wednesdays 8.30pm. Please read terms at checkout.

A rolling monthly membership that gives unlimited access to ‘off-peak’ classes at Hotpod Yoga Newcastle & Whitley Bay Off-peak classes include all weekday classes before 2pm, weekends classes after 1pm. This is an ongoing monthly membership. Payments are debited from your account each month on the same date as the membership was purchased. No long contracts, we just need 7 days notice to cancel.
