Following a career of being a secondary school PE Teacher, I made the transition of moving back home to set up Hotpod Yoga Northampton.
I have a Sport and Exercise Science (BSc Hons) degree and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) from Nottingham Trent University and Loughborough University, respectively.
Until recently, I was a National League hockey player and love most things sport and exercise related. Before being introduced to Hotpod Yoga in Solihull, I had never done yoga before! It was here, where I began to love the calming, yet challenging effect Hotpod Yoga had on me. Since embarking on my Hotpod Yoga journey, I have never looked back!
I am so excited to bring Hotpod Yoga to you guys back here in Northampton.
Actively curious about life, Molly Evie has been a participant of yoga since the age she of can remember. Her journey really began to make sense in 2016 when she decided to quit her job as a professional wedding planner and flee to the other side of the world on her own to deepen her spiritual investigation. Here, Molly undertook her second 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, Indonesia.
Molly has embarked herself through incredible education, and with constant self-study it is here that the life-long discovery and love affair with breath began.
Molly's passion, education, knowledge and awareness provide students with the perfect formula to unlock lasting change. Anatomy and alignment is a fundamental principle in which she focuses, along with breath and how it's the most powerful tool in order to attain a level of self-mastery; healing our bodies and minds.
Molly's intention in life is to positively impact the communities we live, raising awareness to ourselves and to our connection to the earth around us. Living the life were born to live; free, loving and ultimately fearless.

Paige's classes can be challenging and encourage you to get out of your comfort zone, but are always filled with high energy, fun and lightheartedness.

Becky's passion for yoga was actually developed by her love of Hotpod! She has been practising yoga for over 10 years but decided she wanted to teach, after regularly attending Hotpod Yoga sessions when Hotpod first started in South Wales in 2013 - whilst she was undertaking her Sports Physiology Masters degree. She uses yoga as a way to develop better bodily awareness, de-stress and to perfectly compliment her sporting endeavours, helping to enhance mobility, mental sharpness and strength and wanted to share that with others.
Becky has her own business using her background as a sports scientist and a yoga teacher providing yoga and sports science support and training for athletes to office workers alike.
She is a keen sportswoman herself and loves travel and adventure, from completing her yoga teacher training in Costa Rica to cycling 1000 miles self-supported down the East Coast of Australia to raise awareness for a positive mindset. Becky brings this attitude, passion, energy and enthusiasm into her yoga classes, delivering a dynamic, fun flow and is very excited and honoured to start teaching for Hotpod where her yoga journey began!!
Marie started her Yoga practice as a way of improving her general well-being when her full time job as a Secondary School Music teacher and Head of Year became a little too overwhelming. She completed her 200hr YTT course in November 2017 and has been teaching classes, along side her school teaching, since! Her personal Yoga practice is a vinyasa / dynamic practice and she particularly enjoys her weekly Jivamukti class. Marie's classes aim to be strong, but accessible and fun, with an emphasis on exploring the balance of strength and softness within poses and helping students listen to and become more aware of their bodies and breath.
Josie is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Wellness Educator, who trained with world-renowned mind and body guru, Deepak Chopra. Yoga helped Josie to become happier, healthier and more fulfilled after a 25-year career in journalism, which left her feeling burned out, stressed and beyond anxious.
Josie's yoga classes will leave you feeling less stressed, strong bodied and more flexible. Josie loves nothing more than to have you fully experiencing each moment of your practice.
When Josie is not curled up with a book, practising yoga or blogging, you'll find her walking (with or without Nordic poles), hopping on a bike, swimming in open water or making peace with critters that sabotage her organic veggie gardening attempts. Josie now really looks forward to getting into the pod and giving you a warm welcome at Hotpod Yoga Northampton.
I first began teaching yoga in 2004 having qualified with the British School of Yoga (IYN). I also teach Yoga Bugs (children's yoga) and Barre Fushion.
My style of yoga has been interwoven with a variety of styles having attending workshops led by International Yoga Masters such as Shiva Rea, Duncan Wong, Patrick Beach. I have taught yoga for many years at Milton Keynes Taekwondo Club. I also like nothing more than a sneaky yoga retreat to extend my skills further and have enjoyed spending time with instructors like Liz Lark, Jean Hall and Brigette Ripey. I look forward to a new adventure with Hotpod Yoga Northampton - I can't wait to meet you all!
