Jessica turned to yoga 5 years ago and trained in Bali. Purely at first for fitness reasons, it was a way of getting another workout into the week without being in the gym. Yoga first came into my life when I was 15 years old playing around with my mother’s yoga video, using it mainly to stretch for my dance competitions. Fast forward 10 years and teaching has become a natural progression in my life. After I graduated from University and started working in the events industry I knew the corporate ladder wasn’t for me. I have always been into sports and fitness so this led me to train with a dynamic style of yoga, Ashtanga/Vinyasa at Sampoorna Yoga School in India. My classes are dynamic but grounding, always coming back to your own body and breath and closing the class with a relaxing savasana to reap in the wonderful benefits of your practice.
