In this sound and yoga led charity experience, join Fran as she leads you through a meditative yoga flow, leading you to more dynamic space. Fran will close up this guided experience by leading you into a deeply relaxed state through the magic of a sound bath. As we wind down the energy we will enjoy drinks and snacks provided by our local community partners. All donations from this event will go to Choose Love, a charity supporting refugees in crisis across the globe.

At weekends it includes 5pm Saturday and Sleep Sessions on Sunday. This is an ongoing monthly membership. Payments are debited from your account each month on the same date as the membership was purchased. No long contracts, we just need two weeks' notice to cancel or you can put on hold any time.
