Nicky

Nicky was lucky to experience her first yoga class at the age of 15. However, it was only when she wanted to improve her wellbeing whilst working in London as an energy analyst in 2015, that she discovered vinyasa yoga classes at her local gym. Ironically, after moving out of London, she came across Hotpod Yoga Solihull, and loved the ease of relaxation in the 37 degree heat. She went on to train with Hotpod Yoga London at the height of the pandemic, qualifying in 2020 and she hasn’t looked back since. Her aspiration as a yoga teacher is to give newbies an engaging experience filled with both love and laughter, as she believes these things can bring more kindness to yourself and to the people around you.

Amy

Amy has been passionate about staying physically active since she can remember, whether through running or gym training. Yoga became a part of her life more recently, as she sought a way to balance the demands of a busy lifestyle with a calmer, more centered mind. What began as a physical practice quickly transformed into a journey of mental exploration, helping her step outside of her comfort zone. After completing her 200-hour training, Amy fell in love with Hotpod Yoga, which perfectly complements her love for immersive wellness experiences.

A former Spa Therapist, the Hotpod environment reminds Amy of everything she loves about spa therapy: the soothing scents, the comforting warmth, and the deep sense of relaxation. For her, yoga is more than just movement—it’s a sanctuary for self-care, reflection, and renewal. Whether guiding a class or savouring moments of stillness, Amy is always seeking balance and inner peace, nurturing both mind and body.

Eliza

Eliza discovered yoga almost 10 years ago, and has experienced first hand the impact a regular practice can have on the mind and body. After completing her degree in Nutrition, she decided to build on her interest in health and wellness by completing her 300-hour teacher training qualification. Now, Eliza teaches yoga alongside studying for her Master’s degree in Nutritional Therapy and loves sharing her passion and energy for yoga with every person that attends her classes.

“I became a yoga teacher because I love to share the joy and peace yoga can bring. Yoga is for everyone and I am dedicated to creating classes accessible to all levels and abilities. I believe in guiding you in each class as you nurture your yoga practice into something that serves you – there is no such thing as ‘perfect’. I will encourage you to embrace the nuances of your own body, mind and journey each time you step on your mat. Every flow is a new opportunity and experience”.

Nikki

Nikki has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has recently completed a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour yoga teacher training course focusing on vinyasa and yin styles of yoga. Nikki was first introduced to Hotpod Yoga in 2021 by her younger brother and was impressed by the inclusivity and freedom to explore her own practice that was promoted by all the teachers. Nikki strongly believes that yoga is for everyone and finds consistency in the variety each yoga class can have. She encourages her students to explore the capabilities of their own bodies, acting more as a guide to help them develop their own skills and personal practises.

Georgia

Georgia has always been active and loved to move her body. When the 2020 lock down forced her to pause it gave her the time to create a disciplined daily practice. Her love for yoga deepened and as she learnt more about not only the physical but mental benefits to this sacred practice, she embarked on her teacher training.
Hungry for more she recently visited India to complete a 300hr course which has transformed the way she looks at herself, others around her and life in general.

She believes that yoga is for everyone despite many common misconceptions. She aims to create a safe space for others to connect to themselves, take a pause and look within. She encourages everyone to give themselves the time and space they deserve to nurture their body mind and soul. Welcoming all abilities on to the mat with comfort and reassurance. You won’t regret it!

Amy Mae

Whilst working as a theatre lighting designer in London, Amy discovered hot yoga and loved the atmosphere so much she ended up working at her local studio. She noticed how people went into the class stressed and came out calm and relaxed, transforming into a different person! It was a refreshing change from working in theatre, so she trained with Sampoorna yoga gaining a 200hr teacher training qualification in 2021. After working in London as a freelance yoga teacher, Amy is now part of the Hotpod team. A fan of Yoga Nidra and being kind to your body, she hopes to have you leaving the class feeling refreshed and calm, while loving the purple lighting and essential oils.

Laina has been teaching yoga for over 10 years, alongside being a qualified Personal Trainer. Her approach to yoga is one that is very dynamic, achieves results and is fast flowing, whilst being creative with the asanas and flow.

Laina’s main goal is to be able to people how to move in life without pain.

Yoga is very much a part of her everyday life, as she knows the benefits it has had not only on her body, but also her mind.

Lauren

I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica with Blue Osa which was a completely transformational experience. I have also completed my 50 hour Rocket Training with Leon London. I’ve been practicing yoga for 7 years and its a complete obsession!

I am constantly learning, and the training hours will never stop increasing! I pride myself on being progressive and creative in my approach. I fell in love with hot yoga from the beginning and love the calming and immersive feel of the pod.

Lynsey

I have worked in the spa and wellness industry for over 20 years and have always been a huge advocate for self care and staying active, understanding that this can look and feel different for everyone. For many years I was dedicated to strength training. However, following a foot injury, I started to look for new ways to maintain my fitness.

After a recommendation I tried Hotpod yoga and as soon as I stepped inside I was hooked. I found a peace on the mat that no gym workout could achieve. I also loved the similarities to the spa ambience; relaxing beats, calming aromas and dim lighting. My yoga practice became a deliberate pause from a full calendar and long task list! Determined to continue my journey I took the step to complete my 200hr teacher training course.

My classes will be a safe space to move without judgement or comparison. It truly doesn’t matter what someone else is doing on their mat; what’s important is moving in a way that feels good for your body and enjoying the present moment.

Nichola

Hi there! I’m Nichola and I’m excited to start teaching at Hot Pod Yoga in Leamington Spa. I love the sensory space and how it allows you to shut off from the world, it is magic! I have been practising yoga for over 10 years and I’m passionate about the transformative benefits of movement and the positive impact yoga can have on both the mind and body. I look forward to sharing this journey and practice with you!

Stacey

Stacey fell in love with yoga as a new mum almost ten years ago. She absolutely loved the space it gave her to unwind and reset, and so quickly became a permanent feature in her weekly routine. She immediately saw its benefits for both mind and body and wanted to share this new passion with others. Stacey followed her dream of becoming a yoga teacher a few years later. Fast forward to today, Stacey is a huge advocate of Hotpod Yoga and wants everyone to know about its undeniable magical powers! Her classes are energising and playful, and will ensure you leave the pod with a (very sweaty) smile!

the founder

Stacey Sheret

Stacey fell in love with Hotpod Yoga back in 2015, when she stumbled across it in Nottingham. While she had tried other styles of yoga previously, nothing really captured her heart in the way Hotpod did. She immediately fell in love with the heat, smells and sounds. The fully immersive experience that Hotpod offered was completely unique and it didn't take long for Stacey to become hooked! Fast forward to 2021, Stacey and her family relocated to the beautiful north Cotwolds. She trained as a yoga teacher and instantly knew that opening Hotpod Yoga Leamington Spa would be her destiny - she could not live without her Hotpod fix and was passionate about sharing it with her new home!
