This class pass will entitle the purchaser to one class (Boutique Hotpod / Nurturing Flow or our non-heated Nurturing Flow classes) at Hotpod Yoga Northwich Booking in advance is essential online. Please buy your pass and then book on the class you want to attend so you have reserved your mat. This pass cannot be refunded and will expire 3 months after purchase. Unless otherwise noted, this pass is non-transferable. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to attend a booked class, or cancellations not made within 12 hours of the class, will result in the class pass being deducted from the account.

A 3 class pass for any Hotpod Yoga Northwich Boutique Flow class. Please book online and note we have 12 hour cancellatation policy- late cancellations or no shows will not be refunded. Valid for 3 months from purchase. Any classes not taken during this period will not be refunded.

The intro offer gives you 3 classes during a 2 week period (14 days) with Hotpod Yoga Northwich. Only available for new customers - who have not been to a class before. It's the perfect introduction to Hotpod Yoga - giving you the chance to get the feel of our classes - getting you used to hot yoga and feeling the benefits of it! Your 14 days starts from the day you book and attend your first class and not from when you buy your offer. Please note you need to cancel any classes you have booked and can not make with our 12 hour cancellation policy. For any late cancellations or no shows you unfortunately will loose a pass, due to us not being able to allocate that place to another customer. One per customer. No refunds or partial refunds for unused classes. Two weeks run consecutively from your first class and you have 3 classes during a two week period. All bookings for classes to be made online.

A 5 class pass for any Hotpod Yoga Northwich Boutique classes. Use it whenever you like within 3 months of purchase. Please book online and note we have 12 hour cancellation policy. No refunds for unused passes and the passes can not be tranferred to another person.

Regular Membership gives you 10 classes per month to use flexibly when you want. This is an ongoing monthly membership, and will be debited from your account each month on the same date as the pass is purchased. It can be cancelled at any time with 3 working days notice before the end of the current payment period. Classes do not rollover from month to month. Bookings for classes done online and cancelled within 12 hours of class start time. Any late cancellations or no shows a class pass will be deducted from membership. No refunds, exchanges or tranfer of passes to other accounts - this is a personal membership.

Bills one cycle at a time with no commitment.

Mini Membership gives you one class a week, every week, per month. Classes are aligned to the calendar week (Mon -Sun). This is an ongoing monthly membership, and will be debited from your account each month on the same date as the pass is purchased. It can be cancelled at any time by giving 3 working days notice before the next monthly payment date. If you cancel later than 3 working days before your payment is due the cancellation will be processed at the end of that membership period; so next monthly payment will not be processed. No refunds given for membership fee if membership is cancelled late or after the payment has been already processed! Classes do not rollover from week to week but you need to take one class each week. We have 12 hour cancellation policy for our classes and any late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.
