For the first time we are running special Beginners 4 week Course ,which runs Wed 9.30am from 11th Jan to 1st Feb. There will be 4 specially designed Beginners Foundation Flow classes, all concentrating on a specific posture sequence from balances, twists, vinyasa to understanding importance of breathwork and stretching techniques.
This pass gives you access to 4 of these weekly classes.
If this 4 week course does not fit your diary we also run two Beginners 1 1/2 hour workshops in January which are a good alternative to this. These one-off workshops take place Sat 7th Jan 11.45am and Sun 22 Jan 4pm.
