Having practised yoga for the last five years, Steph recently gained her Instructors qualification, following some intensive study and yoga retreats in summer 2017. She has a background in hatha yoga, together with vinyassa and yin styles and very down to earth teaching style. She hopes her enthusiasm and love of yoga and its benefits rubs off on those in her classes :)
Lucie started practicing yoga in 2012 by self practicing at home when she wanted to start looking after herself and get into exercise and soon realised there was a lot more to yoga than the physical benefits.
She joined a few classes and found she felt a lot less stressed, was sleeping better and started meditation and mindfulness alongside the physical classes she was taking part in.
Yoga has helped her mentally and physically gaining strength and mobility. During her travels in Australia she fell in love with the fluidity and many different styles of practice available- she is a great believer in the fact that you really can make yoga your own. On returning home Lucie undertook a Level Three Yoga Diploma and trained with HFE in Manchester.
She wants to bring the joy of yoga to everyone who attends the classes making it fun, dynamic and providing an hour of peace for people leading busy lives.
She's a home bird and foodie, who loves spending time with the family cooking, being outdoors and keeping fit with lots of different adventures.

Helen went to her first Hot yoga class 4yrs ago to compliment her weight training and absolutely loved the warmth as soon as she stepped into the studio. She felt an instant wellbeing envelop her. She attended a class once a week for 7 months and then signed up for a 30 day challenge to yoga everyday. That was it she completely fell in love with hot yoga. Over time her physical strength improved, her balance and her flexibility. Mentally she feels in a calmer and happier place than she ever thought possible. She feels there's nothing else like it and it compliments any other sport or fitness that you do, the body is nourished and so is the mind. She trained with Boxing yoga in March 2015 and then went on to train with Sun power yoga in April 2016.
Following a nursing carer, Claire moved into the fitness industry where she has worked for over the last 15 years. Yoga was seen as a natural progression for her.
She qualified in July 2017 in the Sun Power yoga 200 hour TT diploma. She loves the link that yoga has with mind and body and knows that hot pod yoga is going to be a great success in bringing yoga to a wider audience. She is able to use her anatomy and fitness knowledge together to give a safe and effective work out.
Helen discovered yoga after years of high intensity fitness and physical challenges. After gaining her Meditation diploma, she searched for a practice which would strengthen both body and mind, and having attended a Yoga retreat she realised she’d found what she was looking for. Her love for the ocean and passion for surfing found Helen training in Greece with Yoga Energy School, on an ocean side deck on the Aegean Island. Her classes are energetic and challenging. She aims to teach strong, empowering yet deep classes by connecting the mind, body and soul. Helen is passionate about empowering students in her classes yet embraces a mindful approach to savasana to absorb all the wonderful benefits of the practice.

Cultivating an energising practice, Oli wishes to share his passion for the discipline with others, in the form of focused and clear anatomical vinyasa flow.
Oli believes yoga should be accessible to everyone and his classes will provide a true space for that calming mindfulness and self-discovery to become accessible to all.

Yoga first came into my life when I was 15 years old playing around with my mother's yoga video, using it mainly to stretch for my dance competitions. Fast forward 10 years and teaching has become a natural progression in my life. After I graduated from University and started working in the events industry I knew the corporate ladder wasn't for me. I have always been into sports and fitness so this led me to train with a dynamic style of yoga, Ashtanga/Vinyasa at Sampoorna Yoga School in India. My classes are dynamic but grounding, always coming back to your own body and breath and closing the class with a relaxing savasana to reap in the wonderful benefits of your practice
Jo fell in love with Yoga almost 8 years ago while living in Hong Kong where she also undertook her Iyenger based training. From taking her very first class to becoming a teacher she discovered the many multifaceted benefits that yoga can offer. From the positive physical and mental effects to increased confidence and accepting things she could not change. Yoga helps her to put things in to perspective; reminding her not to worry about the small stuff. When things get tough and challenging.... The remedy is always your Yoga mat.
