Marta found yoga following years of ski racing, which included several injuries and a hectic lifestyle. Her desire to slow down and reconnect with herself drew her to the practice, and after trying different styles, she fell in love with Vinyasa and Power Yoga. Marta has completed her Vinyasa training and continues deepening her practice through further courses and self study. Marta invites her students to practice at their own pace, feeling guided by their own breath and choosing variations that suit the individual. Her aim is to offer inclusive classes for every body type and level of experience, with a joyful touch that will leave you feeling energised and empowered.

Having been exposed to an active and outdoor lifestyle from a young age, Becca has always been up for trying new sporting challenges. Initially getting into yoga to compliment running & exercise, she soon became hooked and qualified as a yoga teacher in 2016. She has since been teaching dynamic vinyasa flow, and expanded her knowledge into yin yoga, prenatal yoga and Pilates. Her teaching aims to link steady breath with every movement, offering an experiential practice that gives variations in order to welcome and empower students of all levels and experiences.

Kylie is an experienced yoga teacher having completed her training in 2011 with Baptiste Power Yoga teachers. Since then Kylie has taught vinyasa, restorative, nidra and yin yoga across the world and is a well known teacher to hundreds of people - amongst those high performers, elite athletes, corporate executives, those in rehabilitation from an injury, pregnant and post natal women. She creates an environment in her classes where people experience the benefits of a dynamic and strong physical yoga practice alongside a deeply restorative rebalance of emotions and clarity of thought. Whether you are new to yoga or experienced, you will find yourself returning to Kylie’s classes. Her classes are inclusive all levels and she artfully incorporates life’s learnings into the practice alongside sharing knowledge that will support how you move and nourish your body, mind and soul.
Off her yoga mat, Kylie is a business owner, a pioneer in executive coaching in the corporate world with more than 20 years of coaching. She is a trainer of neurolinguistic programming and an avid explorer of the mind body connection. She is a putney local and has an active family life including two young boys who remind her to be playful and fun.

Orly qualified as a yoga teacher in India in 2016, and started teaching for Hotpod Newcastle in early 2017. Since then she’s never looked back, and has recently had the good fortune of seeing her Hotpod family expand following her move to London in 2020. Orly loves having the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people with shared passion through her work and is so grateful for her place within the Hotpod community.

Zaz's classes are strong vinyasa flows with options for all. Blending creative sequencing with traditional postures and mobility inspired movement to bring you fully into the present moment, these classes will help you to explore what you are capable of - whether it is more rest, or more intensity, so that you feel connected inwardly as well as physically stronger and recharged. Options are given to break down the poses, make them more accessible, or even to challenge and level up your practice. Create strength and flexibility in both body and mind, with a strong focus on breath always.

Alex has always had a passion for movement, from ballet to finding a love of yoga which she has been practicing for over 10 years.

Her classes are mindful and dynamic and she also teaches pre & post natal yoga.

Stacey undertook her yoga teacher training in the tranquil Ubud Bali, covering a number of yoga styles including Vinyasa and Yin Yang.
Stacey brings a combination of both challenging “spice” to her flows with a sweet contrast of nourishment to the mind and body, giving you the space to fully relax and switch off. Bringing compassion to every class, Stacey helps you appreciate and listen to your body through encouraging cues, affirmations, and a light touch to support your postures.

Jack began his yoga journey in hopes that it would help with his lower back injury he suffered in the gym many years ago. However, he fell in love with the practice after feeling the incredible mental health benefits from it.

After practicing for a few years and working as a personal trainer, Jack wanted to share his passion for yoga with as many people as he could. This led to him jumping onto a 200hr teacher training course with Hotpod.

Jack’s aim is to combine elements of strength and softness simultaneously in classes with an emphasis on meditation in motion.

Olivia is very passionate about yoga as it has helped her through many tough times. She has struggled with ADHD and constantly found her head scattered all over the place. Yoga has helped her find calm movement whilst learning to accept and love the body she has and appreciate all that it can do.

I fell in love with yoga whilst completing my degree at the Royal Academy of Dance in London, seeking to cross train for my general wellness. Being always a generally busy and social person, yoga taught me to slow down, make time for myself and appreciate stillness. Throughout my time working as a Secondary School Dance teacher, practising hot yoga in the evenings was the antidote to the stresses and demands of the job. When I’m in the heat, I can’t possibly think of anything else, which is the real beauty of the practice.
My classes are feel-good, energetic and focus on the art of being able to stay truly present. You will leave my class feeling brighter, calmer and stronger!

I am passionate about teaching yoga and to help people on their healing and personal growth journey. I am also a psychology student originally from Hungary and now based in London, I combine mindful movement with a focus on mindset, confidence, and self-awareness. My classes aim to strengthen both body and mind, helping students feel grounded, empowered, and reconnected with themselves.

Alex started dancing before she could walk. She had a fruitful career in the performing arts before decided she needed to prioritise herself. She found pole dancing and is now a full time pole fitness coach and owns 2 pole studios in London. In 2016 she started taking yoga classes to supplement the strain of pole fitness and found it to be a miracle worker. Shortly after she did her yoga teacher training and specialises in Power yoga and all thing strength and mobility.

Olivia leads vinyasa flow, nurturing flow and yoga nidra, with a background in classical ballet and competitive sports, Olivia teaches a flow that's both challenging and grounding. With a deep appreciation for the rich culture and history of yoga, Olivia weaves learnings from yoga into her classes alongside mindfulness and breathwork. Off the mat, Olivia works in events and marketing and has a strong belief in the benefits of yoga to help manage a busy schedule.

Lily's classes are inclusive, creative, and welcoming. With touches of poetic themes and vivid imagery woven into the flow, Lily’s classes encourage exploration and self-compassion, helping students leave each class feeling lighter & brighter.

I discovered yoga when I was 15 years old, and was immediately drawn to how it connects mind, body and breath. After completing my teacher training in 2018, I began sharing this practice with others - holding space that invites you to move with intention and cultivate self- awareness. My classes blend strong and playful movements, with mindful presence, with the hope that you’ll carry something from each practice into your everyday life.

Lucy first fell in love with hot yoga in her early twenties and has been teaching dynamic classes for the last five years with the aim of leaving students feeling refreshed, re-energised & ready to tackle all the challenges life can bring outside of the pod. She is an extrovert at heart who loves chatting to people off the mat as much as guiding people on it. While yoga is often viewed as a solitary practice, you can often find Lucy hosting a variety of movement based events and retreats which offer a joyful opportunity to form closer bonds with fellow students.

Georgie is a yoga and reformer teacher whose work rests on the classical principles of tantra yoga whilst integrating modern technology. Blending sound, breath, and stillness, his sessions invite a return to wholeness — where movement becomes meditation and vibration becomes prayer. Drawing on the arts of massage and aromatherapy, Georgie’s sound journeys guide participants toward deep rest and remembrance of their innate harmony.

With a background as an active mover and former gymnast, Jeff first came to yoga through strong, athletic practices like Power Yoga & Ashtanga, drawn to their intensity, discipline and focus. Over time, his practice has evolved to include the quieter, more restorative aspects of yoga, deepening his connection to awareness and embodiment. Today, he teaches a dynamic, embodied style that blends strength and fluidity, weaving creative sequencing and transitions with movement beyond traditional asana. Jeff’s classes invite students to explore the relationship between body, mind and breath - offering both challenge and space to build strength, presence and connection on and off the mat.

With over 20 years of personal yoga practice and a background in endurance sport, Livy brings a playful, grounding energy to her classes. Her teaching blends strong, flowing movement with moments of calm, designed to help students feel energised, supported, and more connected to themselves.
