Amy danced and stretched her way through childhood and university, getting a degree in Dance before heading to India for yoga teacher training in 2011. The moment she first stepped inside the Hotpod she felt right at home, getting lost in the practise in the cosy environment and she now loves being part of the Hotpod Milton Keynes team. Her style of teaching is focused and energetic with a gentleness and she loves chatting to people about the asanas and the body.
After 10 years of working in the fitness industry: with focus on the anatomy of the body, the mind and nutrition Estella found yoga gave her everything she was looking for and was a great compliment to other sporting activities. Yoga taught her patience with her body, strengthening over time and reducing the risk of injuries and also to breath in harmony with movements, helping to become more focused and mindful about moving and improved her sense of awareness both physically and mentally. She's a happy chick being a part of the Hotpod team... and looks forward to getting her sweat on with you.

"I has been practicing yoga for 13 years and boy has it changed my life, yoga has given me the tools to be able to copy with what life has thrown at me, it doesn't take away the issues &, problems in life but you can learn to cope with them better.
My style of yoga is a slower flow; holding the pose and feeling whats going on in the body and how we can release tightness by breathing into the area taking ourselves out of the destruction of the mind and back into the body but I can also step the energy up and do a Hotpod flow class!
Nicole first became curious about Yoga as a teenager when she was gifted a book on Iyengar Yoga, but she didn’t start exploring the practice until a later stage. In the mean time her study and work life has centred around creative arts, education, and advice and guidance services. Since taking up yoga Nicole has found the practice immensely beneficial and complimentary to her work, personal and creative life. Inspired to deepen her own practice, she completed her initial ‘Forrest’ Yoga Teacher Training in summer 2016 and is currently taking part in a mentorship programme to develop her teaching further. Nicole continues to enjoy attending local yoga classes in Anusara and Vinyasa styles, and looks forward to helping others experience the benefits that yoga has to offer.
